Minnikhanov, received the leadership of the International Belt Wrestling Federation on the further development of belt wrestling on the world stage. The meeting was attended by: President of the International Belt Wrestling Federation Valiev Rafik Garifovich, Secretary General of the International Belt Wrestling Federation Khabibullin Khabir Sabirovich and First Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan Shaykhutdinov Khalil Khamitovich.
