the World Championship among cadets 2002-2004 y.b. by Belbogly Kurash (men), Belt wrestling classic style (women), free style (men & women) on the President’s prizes of the Republic of Uzbekistan took place in the Sport Complex "Metallurg" in Almalyk (Uzbekistan) on 8- 11 August 2019. The press conference, held before the prestigious championship, was attended by the representatives of the championship organizers: the president of the World Belt Wrestling Committee Gintausas Vilejta, the chairman of the Belogli Kurash Federation Ravshan Dastirov, the Secretary General of the International Belt wrestling Association Khabir Khabibullin, senior officials of the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports. At the championship, men competed in the following weight categories: 42, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 71, 77, 85, 95 kilograms, girls - 44, 48, 52, 57, 63, 70 kilograms. More than 200 wrestlers from such countries as Russia, Israel, India, Iran, Ukraine, China, Belarus, participated in this competition.
