The IX International Sports Forum "Russia — a Sports power" was held in Kazan at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center from September 8-10, 2021. More than 100 speakers took part in this event, among them the leadership of the International Belt Wrestling Federation (IBWA), IBWA President Valeev Rafik Garifovich and IBWA Secretary General Khabibullin Khabir Sabirovich. Productive negotiations were held with the heads of international sports organizations on the further development of belt wrestling in the world.
